Red Sandalwood & Hetian Jade Bracelet, 10 mm
Description
Round red sandalwood beads give this bracelet a substantial outline, with a pale Hetian jade accent breaking the darker sequence. The approximately 10 mm main beads let the grain and polish do most of the work.
The character of wood and jade
The main material is xiaoye zitan, or red sandalwood, paired with Hetian jade, a trade name for nephrite. Southern India is the native range associated with red sandalwood, while Xinjiang in China is a historic source region for Hetian jade. The specific timber and mine sources for this bracelet are not confirmed.
A pale accent with room to stand out
The jade brings a cool, milky green note to the dark red-brown wood. Patterned metallic-tone details add texture at the transition. The contrast works especially well with indigo denim, an olive overshirt or a cream sweater, keeping the bracelet visible without competing with the rest of the outfit.
Familiar forms across wardrobes
Wood and jade have long been appreciated in Chinese decorative traditions for their material character. In this pairing, the softer color and darker grain can stand for a balance of gentleness and resolve. A straightforward row of round beads makes that sentiment easy to wear with a Western everyday wardrobe.
Hand strung, with natural differences
Each bracelet is assembled by hand around its jade accent and decorative spacers. The rounded main beads make an uninterrupted surface along most of the strand, while wood grain and jade markings keep individual pieces distinct. No two sets of natural markings line up in quite the same way.

Natural Bracelet Material Guide & Care Instructions
Wood Bracelets
All our wood bracelets are handcrafted from genuine natural timber, each with its own unique porous grain and inherent coloration. With daily wear and gentle handling, natural oils from your skin will gradually absorb into the wood. Over time, the beads will deepen in tone and develop a smooth, warm patina across the surface. This is a completely normal trait of natural wood — not a quality flaw. It is precisely what makes each piece one-of-a-kind, shaped uniquely by your daily routine and touch.
Daily Care Tips:
• Keep your bracelet dry at all times. Always remove it before washing hands, bathing, showering, or exposure to humid, moisture-rich environments. If it does come into contact with water, gently pat it dry with a soft lint-free cloth immediately and leave it to air-dry fully in a well-ventilated spot.
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, detergents and other household chemicals to preserve the wood’s natural finish.
• When not being worn, wipe clean and store separately in a soft jewelry pouch or box to protect from scratches and excess moisture.
Stone Bracelets
Our stone bracelets are crafted from natural gemstones and jade, with a dense, stable mineral structure. The color and appearance will not alter significantly with daily wear or handling, and will retain its original texture and luster over time.
Daily Care Tips:
• Regularly wipe away surface dust with a soft dry cloth to keep the beads clean and glossy.
• Protect from heavy impact, drops and hard object pressure, as natural stone can chip or crack.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, high heat and harsh chemicals to maintain the stone’s natural quality.
Care
1. Keep Dry, Avoid Sweat & Water!!!
Avoid wearing during heavy sweating, and keep away from water, moisture and humid environments. If accidentally wet, gently wipe dry with a soft cloth immediately and air-dry in a well-ventilated place.
2. Stay Away from Chemicals
Avoid contact with perfume, skincare products, detergent, alcohol and other chemicals. We recommend removing your bracelet before applying makeup, washing or doing housework to prevent corrosion and discoloration.
3. Avoid Direct Sunlight & High Heat
Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods, or place in hot cars or near heaters. High heat accelerates moisture loss, cracking and fading.
4. Store Separately to Prevent Scratches
When not wearing, wipe your bracelet clean and place it in a dedicated jewelry box or flannel pouch. Store separately from other jewelry to avoid friction and surface damage.
5. Gentle Regular Cleaning
Every 1–2 weeks, gently wipe away dust and surface oils with a clean soft cotton or suede cloth to keep the pattern clear and the luster warm.
