1. Are the beads natural? Will they fade or crack?
All main materials are natural obsidian/solid wood/jade and other natural stones. Minor textures of natural stone and wood are normal; metal accessories are treated to prevent oxidation, so they are not prone to fading with normal wear. Avoid wearing them while bathing or exposing them to perfumes and chemicals.
2. Can the size be customized?
We support customization of wrist circumference. If the wrist size on the product page is not suitable for you, please contact us (lte423050@gmail.com) before placing an order to discuss the size and style.
3. How should I care for the beaded bracelets daily?
Keep them away from prolonged immersion in sweat, cosmetics, alcohol, and perfume; store them in a cloth bag when not worn to avoid scratches from hard objects.
4. Is there a color difference between the actual product and the pictures?
All photos are original and without excessive filters. Natural jade/wood may exhibit slight color differences under different lighting conditions and on different screens, which is normal for natural jewelry.
II. Ordering and Payment Questions
1. Which payment methods are supported?
We support mainstream international payment channels such as PayPal and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), with encrypted transactions throughout to ensure fund security.
2. Can I modify the shipping address or style after placing an order?
You can contact customer service to modify your order before it is shipped; once the package has been sent, the address and items cannot be changed.
3. How long after placing an order will I receive an order confirmation email?
An order receipt email will be automatically sent within 5-10 minutes after successful payment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for a resend.
III. Logistics and Shipping Questions (Policy)
I. Order Processing Time
All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-4 business days after payment (statutory holidays and weekends will be postponed); customized engraved bracelets require individual processing, so the preparation period is 3-7 business days. Please consult customer service to confirm the production time before placing an order.
II. Logistics Delivery Time
1. United States mainland: Standard logistics delivery time is 7-18 business days;
2. EU countries: Standard logistics delivery time is 8-22 business days;
Remote states/island areas will have an additional 3-7 days of delivery time. Logistics may experience slight delays due to customs inspections, weather, and local transportation capacity, which are not covered by compensation.
III. Shipping Fee Rules
1. The store sets a free shipping threshold: orders with a total payment of $99 USD or more qualify for free basic international shipping; if the free shipping threshold is not met, the corresponding international shipping fee will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.
2. Overweight and oversized items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be displayed in real-time on the checkout page.
IV. Customs and Duties Explanation
Any customs duties, consumption taxes, and miscellaneous customs clearance fees incurred upon entry into the destination country shall be borne by the recipient buyer. We do not pay taxes on behalf of buyers; if a package is returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties, the round-trip shipping costs and losses shall be borne by the buyer.
V. Lost/Damaged Package Claims
1. Logistics can be tracked throughout the process, and the tracking number will be sent to the buyer's email after the package is dispatched;
2. Lost before signing: After verifying the proof of loss from logistics, you can choose a free reshipment or a full refund for the order;
3. Outer packaging intact but inner contents damaged upon signing: Please provide real photos of the outer packaging + damaged items within 24 hours of signing. After verification, we will arrange after-sales service; claims for damage reported after signing or due to human impact will no longer be accepted.
VI. Address Filling Instructions
Buyers must accurately fill in the recipient's name, detailed shipping address, and contact phone number. If a package cannot be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
IV. Return and Refund Questions (Policy)
To initiate a return, please log in to your account and go to the order page.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lte423050@gmail.com. If you do not meet the conditions for a full return (worn, unsealed, slightly used), a full refund is not mandatory. We offer two compromise solutions: a partial discounted refund / a store voucher with no minimum spend, to replace a full return to the original payment method, reducing your round-trip shipping losses.
If your return is approved by us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for arranging logistics to pack and send the item back to the designated return address. Our store does not provide prepaid return labels and does not bear round-trip shipping costs; we reserve the right to refuse packages sent back without prior notification and permission from customer service.
We have full confidence in the materials and craftsmanship of our products. All items undergo manual quality inspection and screening before leaving the warehouse to strictly identify issues such as cracks, defects, or poor workmanship. If non-human damage or original manufacturing quality issues occur after receipt, please contact customer service within 48 hours of signing with real photos of the product + outer packaging for verification. We will handle after-sales service appropriately based on the evidence.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: customized engravings, personalized custom bracelets; final sale, promotional discounted items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged once sold; flammable liquids and perishable personal care products are not covered by after-sales return/exchange. If you have doubts about product attributes, you can email customer service for consultation before placing an order.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, direct return for exchange is not supported. You can contact customer service to discuss solutions: discounted retention of the original item + new item order, or processing a return for the original order (buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, independently sending the item back; our store does not provide return labels).
EU 14-day cooling off period
EU buyers are entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt to return items without reason.
Returned items must be new, unworn, retain original packaging and tags, show no signs of use or wear, and be accompanied by proof of order; all return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer, who must arrange logistics for return. Our store does not provide prepaid return labels.
If the item has been worn, played with, damaged, or its packaging is damaged, the 14-day no-reason return policy will no longer apply. You can contact customer service to negotiate a discounted compensation or store voucher solution.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
